Ryukyu Cuisine MIE, is a “dining experience” that serves the finest cuisines enjoyed by Baron Sho Jun (1873-1945),
who was a connoisseur of food & drinks, and the 4th son of the last king of the Ryukyu Kingdom, King Sho Tai.
Please spend the pleasant time in our restaurant where you can sense and appreciate the culture of the Ryukyus through our interior design,
the lacquerware dishes used, hanging scrolls, etc.
